Strength training group exercise that aims to build a faster and stronger you. This program will work you from head to toe, with the goal to make vou a better all around athlete.
One on one boxing pad work session. This 50 minutes all level pad work session will strengthen your boxing fundamentals and focus on your boxing forms.
A challenging yet FUN workout for both body and mind, with strength and cardio drills to improve physical, heart and mental health.

Cancellation
You can cancel your booking and make changes up to 4 hours prior the class started.

Attire
Comfortable workout wear & wokout shoes. In some classes that requires Boxing Gloves; it will be available for rent. *We do encourage you to bring your own gloves if you have one.
